New Patients

Welcome to the clinic! I’m excited to be part of your wellness journey. Lay down, relax, and let the healing begin. Bookings are currently open Monday, Friday, and Saturday. If you don’t see a time that works for you, I encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist. If there is a cancellation or I’m able to open my schedule in other ways, you’ll be notified immediately.

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing that can easily be rolled up to the elbows and knees or bring a change of clothes if you would prefer to change. Be sure to have eaten before your treatment, a small snack is sufficient. After acupuncture, it is always best to drink a little extra water and allow some time to rest as many patients feel more relaxed after treatments. If you must plan physical activities on the day of your treatment, please do so in moderation.

Returning Patients

Welcome back! I’m so glad you’re here and ready to keep working on your wellness. Get comfy, and let’s dive into today’s session.

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Our integrated approach incorporates both research based and time tested treatments combining Traditional Eastern Medicine, acupuncture, diet and lifestyle. Rather than taking a traditional disease-centered focus, we address the underlying causes of disease using a patient-centered approach addressing the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.
